VETACON consists of a Permanent Excited Synchronous Generator
and a Full Size Converter

The VETACON wind generator-converter system is developed jointly by Woodward and VEM Sachsenwerk.

It is an optimally-adjusted system with increased efficiency, especially at partial load of the wind turbine and able to meet highest ultility requirements.

VETACON consists of a perfectly harmonized permanent magnet excited synchronous generator and full size converter.
