Woodward has established an Investors Choice Dividend Reinvestment and Direct Stock Purchase
and Sale Plan (the Plan) for the convenience of our investors and shareholders.
The Plan is designed to provide shareholders and interested investors a convenient and
economical way to purchase shares of Woodward Common Stock and reinvest cash dividends in
additional shares. American Stock Transfer & Trust Company (AST), the Plan Administrator,
will administer the Plan, purchase and hold shares acquired for you under the Plan, keep
records, send statements of account activity, and perform other duties related to the Plan.
