Woodward delivers the complete DC System for Power Stations

The MV Distribution System with its circuit breakers, the Neutral Grounding System with its vacuum contactors and the Control System with their DC powered PLC and HMI devices are supplied from the the battery pack located in a dedicated battery charging room. The battery control assures the best possible charge and discharge cycle in order to extend the lifetime of the energy storage.
