Pawel has an electrical background, and joined Woodward in 2007 as an associate engineer during his studies at University of Science and Technology in Krakow. After graduation he worked as a Product Support Engineer, later he was promoted to Project Coordinator and more recently to a Project Manager role. He is responsible for managing ERTS group projects.

Frank joined Woodward in 1997 and has a background in finance.  He joined the company when Woodward Tianjin was established. He is responsible for leading Production Managers, Materials Managers, and the Operations Manager to meet company objectives.
