and the easYgen-1500. During the course you will learn about the theory, installation, programming and operation of the products.

Europe 2006 will take place in Cologne/Germany from 30th May to 1st June. The last show in Milan in June 2005 broke all records for the

The Independent Power & Energy Europe took place in London from 23rd to 24th November. With the
receipt of the Runner-up Best Stand Award Woodward proved to achieve the highest Levels in Presentation, Quality and Design.

Istanbul, Turkey; 1st to 4th December 2005
At the ENERGY 2005 in Istanbul, Genpower Generator,
one of the largest Gen-Set packagers in Turkey, presented our wide range of Generator Control Solutions. We are pleased to

The lightning of the Atatürk Olympic
Stadium in Istanbul is powered by generator sets controlled by Woodward
control packages (2 x GCP-32, 4 x MFR 13 and 4 x SPM-D10; for details refer to the
connections
diagram).
Remarkable: Whenever the lighting is used the generators operate mains-parallel.
This system received its premiere at the Champions League Finale in May this year.

Iraq; November 2004
At the end
of 2004 the first 14-unit synchronization panel controlled by our gen-set
control package GCP-32 was installed as part
of a project for the U.S. Army in Iraq. The automatic synchronization
control panel has been equipped with our SPM-D10
synchronizer component. It was part of a project to control a 25.4 MW
power plant consisting of 14 Caterpillar generator sets of various outputs.
