CUSTOMER TRAINING INFORMATION

Woodward's customer training is available either at Woodward Governor Japan or at local site as follows.

TRAINING AT WOODWARD GOVERNOR (JAPAN), LTD

COURSE CONTENT

• Governor Fundamentals
• Hands-on Training
  --Disassembly, Confirmation of inside components, and Re-assembly for Mechanical-Hydraulic Governors and Actuators.
• Calibration and Adjustment
  --Calibration and/or adjustment for governor and actuator on the governor test stand.
  --Calibration and/or adjustment for electric or electronic controls using Speed Closed Loop Simulator.
• Troubleshooting and Question & Answer

COURSE FEE

The course fee depends on the number of participants as follows:

• 1-2 person—Yen 30,000/person/day
• 3-5 persons—Yen 25,000/person/day
• More than 6 persons—Yen 20,000/person/day

Note :
The course fee above includes lunch and all necessary printed materials.

TRAINING PERIOD

The length of the training depends on the type of Governors, Actuators, and Controls, therefore required day(s) will be discussed with customer in advance.

COURSE FEE

The hours of travel required from the Woodward Governor (Japan), Ltd plant to the job site, and return, are charged in accordance with standard Field Service Charges and Conditions).

Quotation can be submitted as reference if required by customer.

Note:

1. Training materials for each participant (maximum of 50 participants) to be charged to customers for Yen 1,000/person.
2. All necessary materials and equipment will be sent in advance, and the freight fare is to be paid by the customer.
3. Equipment necessary to conduct the training class to be provided by the customer as follows:
   --Overhead projector & screen/whiteboard & markers.
   --Training facility/room
4. Local transportation, accommodation, and meals to be provided and arranged by customer.
5. Lodging expenses, living expenses, and other expenses are to be paid by the customer
6. At least thirty (30) days notice (through purchase order) is required prior to the requested training date.
