Woodward Appoints Distributor for Western United States

Woodward Governor Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Drake Controls - West, LLC, of San Dimas, CA, as the company’s full-service distributor for California and western Nevada in the United States.
Drake Controls - West is being formed with the acquisition of Berge’s Governor Services by Drake Controls, of Houston, TX. Larry Berge, Nils Berge and Dave Pearson, former principals with Berge’s Control Services, will bring their decades of engine and turbine controls experience to the Drake Controls -West organization.
In addition to Full-Service Distributor status for Woodward’s industrial controls products, Drake Controls - West has also been appointed a Full-Service Distributor for Woodward’s APECS® small engine control, ElectroforceTM solenoid, and power management control product lines. Woodward is also appointing them an authorized independent service facility (AISF), a recognized engine retrofit (RER) partner, and a diesel fuel systems distributor.
