FEATURES & FUNCTIONALITY
DYNA Plus actuators are suitable for use with all Woodward controls, as motor controllers for speed and power control of reciprocating and gas turbine engines or steam and water turbines. The actuators can also be used in remote controls for positioning and load distribution.  
 
The actuators have output powers of 1.4; 5.4; 8.1 and 10.8 joules. There are no special requirements for mounting the DYNA actuator. It can be mounted in any convenient position as there is no mechanical drive required and no connection to an oil supply.   DYNA 6 actuators are available in standard and explosion-proof models. DYNA 8 The continuous output shaft of the DYNA 8 actuator allows clockwise and counterclockwise shaft movement .
