The SPC Service Tool is used to configure, adjust, monitor and troubleshoot a SPC. The service tool runs on a personal computer and communicates with the SPC through a serial connection.

System Requirements:
- Microsoft Windows® 11, 10, 8.1, 7.
- Java: Azul Zulu JRE 8.82.0.21 (8u432), 32-bit.
- 1 GHz or faster x64 processor
- 4 GB of RAM
- Minimum 1280 by 900 pixel screen resolution
- PC or Laptop with Serial or USB port. If a USB port is used a USB to serial adaptor is required. The adaptor should be of good quality that fully complies with the RS232 standard.
- 9 pin-D straight through Serial Cable (not a null modem cable)
Service Tool requires that the Java Azul Zulu JRE be installed. The Service Tool installation will attempt to install the Java Azul Zulu JRE; but you can also obtain it from the link below.
Installation Instructions:
- The first step in installing this software is to download the file from this page. This file is an installation program that will step you through the installation process.
- After downloading this file, run it and follow the instructions on the setup dialogs.
