Woodward’s Engineering Services team has decades of experience developing and supplying engineered system solutions to a wide range of industries from simple steam turbines to integrated turbine compressor control systems to low emission aero derivative turbines. These systems include flexible gas and steam turbine control, integrated compressor control, dedicated compressor control, complete fuel skids and actuation systems. We create and build strategic partnerships with our customers to fully understand project needs and then apply our engineering expertise and project execution excellence to develop and implement effective system solutions.

Woodward provides a comprehensive solution of high quality factory and global Channel Partner network of services, spare parts, and support enabling customers to maintain, repair, overhaul and service stock replace/exchange. Our factory service provides high quality technicians and original factory parts to evaluate, clean, replace, assemble and test using the same production lines that the product was manufactured on.
Flat Rate Repair: Flat Rate Repair is available for the majority of standard mechanical products in the field. This program offers you repair service for your products with the advantage of knowing in advance what the cost will be.
Flat Rate Remanufacture: Flat Rate Remanufacture is very similar to the Flat Rate Repair option with the exception that the unit will be returned to you in “like-new” condition. This option is applicable to mechanical products only.
Replacement/Exchange: Replacement exchange is a premium program designed for the user who is in need of immediate service. It allows you to request and receive a like-new replacement unit usually within 24 hours, thereby minimizing costly downtime. This is a flat-rate program.
Test as Received (TAR): Flat Rate TAR allows you to send in product that you verified that it is ready for service. Woodward performs the original test processes used in production to evaluate and confirm your product is ready to be installed after being in a spares pool waiting for use.
Time and Material (T&M): Time and materials solutions are available for quote.
Our qualified full-service Woodward distributor are ready and enabled in the event of an unexpected outage, or in advance of a scheduled outage, to support your request for service.
Woodward staff of field proven experts in application and product support across multiple industries provide you the confidence that your questions and issues are solved quickly and accurately.
