Installation Instructions:
- Download the tool from this page. The file is a zip file that includes a Wix-based Windows installer.
- After downloading this file, unzip and run the installer (*.exe)
- ToolKit will be installed automatically if the required version is too old or not available.
- Launch the service tool from the Windows Start Menu (Woodward/LECM EID Mixed Mode/<Version>)
