John Cohn is a seasoned executive who brings over 40 years of leadership and operational experience in both the industrial and aerospace markets to the Woodward Board, where he serves as a member of the Board’s Audit Committee.
John has a proven track record of revenue and profitability growth, strategic and financial planning, and executing on global market opportunities. From 2011 to 2019, he was the Senior Vice President, Asia Business Planning and Execution at Rockwell Automation. In this role, he developed strategic and financial plans to improve revenue, identify M&A or partnership opportunities, and increase operational efficiencies. At Rockwell Automation, he also served as Senior Vice President, EMEA Business Planning and Execution and Senior Vice President, Strategic Development and Communications.
John holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Area Studies from Brown University.
