Rajeev Bhalla is an experienced aerospace and industrials executive who brings nearly 40 years of strategic, financial and operating experience to the Woodward Board, where he serves as the Chair of the Board’s Audit Committee and as a member of the Executive Committee.
Rajeev is a detail-oriented leader with expertise in P&L management, due diligence, and accounting principles for public and private companies. From 2013 to 2018, he served as Executive VP, Chief Financial Officer of CIRCOR international, overseeing M&A activities that doubled the size of the company. From 2005 to 2013, he held various roles at subsidiaries of United Technologies Corporation, including Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sikorsky Aircraft and Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Pratt & Whitney. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Bhalla was Corporate Controller at Lockheed Martin Corporation.
Rajeev is a Member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Massachusetts and Connecticut Society of CPAs. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
