Shawn McLevige

Shawn McLevige serves as Executive Vice President and President of Woodward’s Aerospace Segment, bringing more than two decades of aerospace leadership, innovation, and technical expertise. With a Woodward career spanning 18 years, Shawn has developed a deep understanding of the organization’s mission, culture, and operations, consistently driving strategic growth and technological advancement. Before assuming his current role as President of Aerospace, Shawn led the Industrial Segment Engine & Turbine Fluid Systems business as Vice President and General Manager. Prior to that, he held the position of Vice President and General Manager for Aerospace Fuel Systems & Controls business unit, where he played a pivotal role in advancing the Aerospace business strategy. His career at the company also includes a series of senior leadership positions—including Vice President of Engineering, Director of Operations, and Engineering Manager—that reflect his broad experience and commitment to operational excellence. Outside of Woodward, Shawn contributes to the broader aerospace community as a member of the Board of Directors for the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA). He holds both a Bachelor and Master of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois, and an MBA with a Systems Engineering Certification from Arizona State University.
