Turbines and compressors have a useful life of well over 30 years. Within that lifecycle, the control system can become obsolete making it difficult to find technical support, replacement parts, or training. These challenges can lead to severe consequences for the asset such as unit trips, unplanned outages, and poor control accuracy creating process upsets.

In addition, these aged control systems have restricted or antiquated service interfaces which limits the opportunity for the asset owner to be self-reliant and make changes as the plant conditions evolve over time.

Our control system hardware has been designed for the most critical and demanding applications such as Military Marine Gas Turbine propulsion and power generation, Offshore Oil & Gas Platform power generation, Oil & Gas pipeline and terminal compressors.

Our control hardware has passed the most challenging environmental tests including the US Navy MIL standards for shock, vibration and EMC testing for ship-based gas turbine controls. Our distributed I/O modules can be mounted directly on the turbine package without external cooling due to their rugged design and high temperature capability.
